Customer Quality
Only verified and reliable transportation professionals can access TransCore load boards. Before we provide service to a customer we make sure they have a valid Motor Carrier (MC) number or Federal Identification number. We also require an agent agreement if a customer is leased on or an agent for another company.
TransCore Registry
The TransCore Registry is a business directory: an accurate and up-to-date database which provides a comprehensive listing of transportation company profiles, including all credit, safety, authority, insurance and more.
Collection Assistance
In the unlikely event that you don't get paid, TransCore will help you collect the debt on any registered load, or we'll pay you ourselves. To maintain the integrity of our network, we reserve the right to discontinue service of anyone who fails to comply with our code of conduct.
