TransCore's DAT® Network is the world's largest, most powerful load board and truck search engine. Established 30 years ago as the original truck stop load board, DAT meant "dial-a-truck." Now the DAT Network is the indstry's largest database for safe, high-paying loads and reliable, dependable trucks posted by brokers, carriers, and shippers.
For the past several years, the DAT Network has averaged over 50 million loads and trucks annually - and in 2010 it's headed for 60 million, based on first quarter load and truck postings. Of those, 42 million are either found on the DAT Network first or nowhere else.
The quality of the participants—the brokers, carriers, and shippers—is the reason DAT is synonymous with "the best" and is considered the industry standard against which all load boards are measured.

Better quality carriers. TransCore checks the credentials of everyone on the DAT Network. Many of our subscribers report that they have developed long-term business relationships with carriers they first "met" on the DAT.
Greater selection of carriers. With over 20 million trucks posted on the DAT Network annually, we have the greatest variety of carriers, from owner-operators to large, public companies. The majority of DAT Network carriers operate fewer than 10 trucks.
