Our Hiring Process
Qualified candidates are encouraged to submit their resumes for an open position. A staffing representative then matches the candidate’s qualifications to the requirements of the opening and contacts qualified applicants to conduct a brief telephone screening.
Qualified candidates are then invited for a personal interview with one or more TransCore employees. This gives us an opportunity to learn more about the candidate and for the candidate to learn more about our organization. Hiring decisions will be made following the interview.
A drug screen and background check will be required prior to the first day of work.
